FAUX. was originally called pizza club, and was a group of UX friends meeting up to sample the best pizza places in London.
March 2024
I decided top open it up to the UX world and changed from just pizza to “food” - the very first Hangout happened in Market Halls Oxford Street and 25 people showed up!

I created a new event, Lunch Club - a self organised meal between 3 community members, only available in Discord.
September 2025
Another new event was launched for community members, the Side Quest - for non-food related activities, things like rock climbing and ice skating.
January 2026
After 2 years of running everything on my own, I asked Alison, Jess, Jordan & Asim to help out. I also did a little brand refresh and updated the logo.
May 2026
A new event, aimed at more senior UXers, Leaders Dinner - 12 of us met in a private dining room in Covent Garden.
